Cabernet sauvignon grapes looking for winemaker

    Hello,

    We have approximately 1000 pounds of cabernet grapes in Lafayette and are looking for a talented winemaker for this year’s vintage.  Our usual winemaker is taking a break and we are not planning to do microcrush this year.  We have some shot berry from the spring weather but think the fruit is otherwise solid.  Please let me know if interested.  Open to barter for finished wine or sale.  We can harvest.
