Seeking Winemaker for Pinot Noir

Warm greetings. We have approximately 125 vines of Pinot Noir in Orinda. We are looking for options in getting our wine made with the assistance of a winemaker and/or joining with other organic growers.

There is a group of 3 of us that are pooling our grapes together – two Cabs and one Syrah.  We are planning to sign on with Judd’s Hill to make our wine – on the verge of signing the contract right now actually.  If you are interested in a quick chat about joining us, feel free to reach out – rebeccastafford@gmail.com

It is going to be a little bit of a hat trick to coordinate timing of harvest and getting the grapes to them simultaneously, but not impossible we hope.  Basically we have to deliver at least a barrel-worth at a time.  We are currently guesstimating that we may have as much as two barrels, but timing of ripening is not all equal, so we may do one and then another (on same contract).
