It is my understanding that most of the wine supply stores in the Bay Area are closed.  

An exception is Oak Barrel Winecraft on San Pablo in Berkeley.  

If any of the LWGA is desperate for some supplies (I desperately needed corks) Oak Barrel is an option.  
You might want to pass this on to the LWGA membership.
